PokerStars Mac software has been out for over a month now, so I’ve had a chance to really test it out and I have to say I’m really thrilled with it. Don’t get me wrong, I still like the Full Tilt Poker Mac software as well, but I prefer the game selection and network stability at PokerStars. The new mac client works pretty much just like the PC client, so no surprises if you are used to playing at PokerStars on a PC. What I really like is that the focus at PokerStars is on the game itself, not all the extra garbage that some of the poker rooms out there like to put in there - the animated icon faces at Full Tilt is a little too cartoonish for me. PokerStars recently released new software that works on the Mac! The PokerStars Mac software is the same as the PokerStars PC software, but it runs on the Mac OS.
